摘要
天津周大福金融中心裙楼商场中庭拦河采用新型环保材料GRG曲线造型与玻璃栏板衔接,通过"一体化加工、错层搭接安装"等方式减小施工误差,提高施工质量。拦河整体造型跨度大、板块多、体量大,采用3D扫描仪现场扫描,应用BIM技术进行专业间协同碰撞检测及排版下料,极大地降低了施工难度,提高了施工效率,实现零误差、零返工,最终达到了设计预期的空间效果。
The atrium barrage of the podium shopping mall of Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Financial Center adopts the new environmental protection material GRG curve shape to connect with the glass fence.The atrium in the skirt building of Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Financial Center connect the new environmental protection material GRG curve shape with the glass column plate to block the river.The construction error is reduced and the quality of construction is improved by means of "integrated processing,split-layer lap joint installation"and others.The overall shape of the river barrier has a large span,many plates and a large volume.By adopting 3D scanner for on-site scanning and BIM technology for professional collaborative detection of collision and typeset-setting,the difficulty of construction is greatly reduced;the efficiency of construction is improved;zero error and zero rework are realized;finally,the expected spatial effect of the design is achieved.
