天津周大福金融中心高大空间复杂双曲异形柱铝板饰面精密安装技术

摘要 天津周大福金融中心塔楼首层办公大堂双曲异形柱为高大复杂双曲面造型,柱身外形曲面渐变收缩,局部变化大,给板材加工、现场安装带来挑战。利用BIM技术,对加工、安装方案和施工工序进行模拟,提取各控制点坐标;通过全站仪进行现场及工厂同坐标定位放线、预拼装;利用靠模进行骨架及面板精装定位。通过选材、加工工艺优化极大地降低了施工难度,提高了施工效率,确保了安装零误差、零返工。 The hyperbolic special-shaped column in the office hall on the first floor of the tower of Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Financial Center has a tall and complex hyperboloid shape.The surface of the column gradually shrinks and the shape of certain parts greatly changes.The changes bring challenges to the production of plates and on-site installation.By using BIM technology,this paper simulates the plans of production,installation and construction process.It also extracts coordinates of each control point.The total station is used to position the same coordinates of the site and the factory,place wires and preassemble.A explorator is used to position the framework and a faceplate.Through the optimization of material selection and technology in production,the difficulty of construction is reduced,the efficiency of the construction is improved,zero error and zero rework in installation are ensured.
