摘要
天津平安泰达金融中心地处城市核心区,场地狭小,基坑深度大,周边管线众多,工期紧,且地质条件复杂,须加快出土速度,减少基坑变形。介绍了"一桥四岛"式快速出土栈桥平台设计与施工技术,渣土车可直达坑底,应用该技术顺利完成了深基坑土方开挖,基坑及周边环境变化安全可控,效果良好。
Tianjin Ping’an TEDA Financial Center is located in the core area of the city,with a narrow site,large foundation excavation depth,numerous surrounding pipelines,tight construction period,and complex geological conditions.The excavation speed must be accelerated to reduce foundation excavation deformation.The design and construction technology of the "one bridge and four islands"fast trestle bridge unearthed platform is introduced.The muck truck can reach the bottom of the pit.The earth excavation of the deep foundation excavation was successfully completed with good results by applying this technology, and the deformation of the foundation excavation and surrounding environment is controllable,and the effect is good.
