摘要
地下空间开发及利用作为城市整体规划的重要组成部分,近年来在大型广场、室外展馆规划改造方面应用较广,但针对承载力要求较高的大型广场、展厅,地下空间利用局限性较大。通过对国家会展中心(天津)一期工程大面积重载室外展场地源热泵新能源技术的应用进行阐述,系统总结了地源热泵与重载展场地基处理工序穿插、地源热泵系统上方路基填筑施工质量管控等施工要点,验证了该重载室外展场地下空间利用方式的可行性。
As an important part of overall urban planning,the development and utilization of underground space have been widely used in planning and renovating large squares and outdoor exhibition halls in recent years.However, for large squares and exhibition halls with higher requirements of bearing capacity,the utilization of underground space has great limitations.By expounding the application of new energy technology to the large overloading outdoor exhibition area in terms of ground-source heat pumps in the phase I of the National Convention and Exhibition Center(Tianjin),the paper summarizes the process of ground-source heat pumps and overloading outdoor foundations and such key points as filling the above foundations related to the management and control of the quality in construction,to verify the feasibility of the method of using the underground space in overloaded outdoor exhibition area.
