摘要
对废弃泥浆固化分离处理进行系统研究,分析总结泥浆振动筛分技术、泥浆离心分离技术、泥浆压滤分离技术特点。针对国家会展中心(天津)一期工程泥浆产出量大,同时需求土方的特点,选择泥浆免压滤直接固化分离技术,既减少了废弃泥浆的外运,加快了桩基施工进度,又实现了废弃泥浆的资源化利用,符合绿色施工理念。
The solidification and separation of waste mud is systematically studied.The characteristics of technology of the vibrating screening,the technology of centrifugal separation of slurries,and the technology of pressing,filtering and separating slurries are analyzed and summarized.According to the characteristics of the phase I of the National Convention and Exhibition Center(Tianjin),which has a large output of mud and requires earth,the technology of direct solidification of mud without being filtered is selected.In doing so,the amount of the external transportation of waste mud is reduced.The progress of constructing pile foundations is accelerated.The utilization of waste mud as a resource is realized in consistency with the green concept in construction.
