Labor Market Segmentation,Social Trust and Dynamic Capital Accumulation Efficiency

资本积累效率是影响经济长期增长的关键因素,针对我国资本积累效率持续下降的趋势,本文通过一个劳动力市场不完全竞争假设下的四部门增长模型,分析劳动力市场分割、社会信任影响资本积累效率的内在机制,提出社会信任具有促进资本积累效率的直接和间接效应的理论假说,并从微观和宏观两个层面对理论假说和影响机制进行了验证。与此同时,本文发现,政府采取恰当的干预行为,提高城镇户籍以及签订固定劳动合同的劳动力占比,尤其是优化制度环境,不仅能够改善我国劳动力市场分割的状况,也能够提高社会信任水平,更好地发挥社会信任对于资本积累效率的促进作用。

The efficiency of capital accumulation is the key factor affecting the long-term economic growth.In view of the declining capital accumulation efficiency in China,this paper analyzes the internal mechanism among labor market segmentation,social trust and capital accumulation efficiency through a four-sector growth model under the assumption of incomplete labor market competition.It proposes the theoretical hypothesis that social trust has direct and indirect effect on the efficiency of capital accumulation,and verifies the theoretical hypothesis and influence mechanism from the micro and macro levels.Besides,this paper finds that appropriate government intervention,such as increasing the proportion of registered urban households,signing fixed-term labor contracts,and especially optimizing the institutional environment,can not only address the labor market segmentation,but also improve the level of social trust,so as to better bring into play the role of social trust in promoting the efficiency of capital accumulation.
