基于仲景理论的协同护理模式对老年FD患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of Cooperative Nursing Model Based on Zhongjing Theory on Negative Emotion and Quality of Life of Elderly Functional Dyspepsia Patients

目的探讨基于仲景理论的协同护理模式对老年功能性消化不良患者焦虑抑郁和生活质量的影响。方法采用随机、对照临床试验研究的方法,将在郑州市某三级甲等中医院肝胆脾胃科收治的120例老年功能性消化不良患者,按随机数字表法分为试验组(60例)和对照组(60例),患者入院后均进行常规治疗,对照组采取常规护理方法,试验组在此基础上加协同护理模式干预,对2组患者的焦虑、抑郁程度、生活质量及胃肠道症状评分进行比较。结果干预前,2组患者的抑郁焦虑程度评分、胃肠道症状积分及生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组的焦虑抑郁状态评分、胃肠道症状积分明显低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于仲景理论的协同护理模式可有效降低老年功能性消化不良患者的胃肠道症状,改善焦虑抑郁状态,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of synergetic nursing mode interventions based on Zhongjing theory on depression and anxiety state and the quality of life in functional dyspepsia patients.Methods A randomized,controlled clinical trial was conducted.120 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into experimental group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The experimental group received synergetic nursing mode interventions for 8 weeks,and the control group maintained routine nursing.The levels of depression and anxiety state,gastrointestinal symptom,as well as the quality of life,were assessed before and after the intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in depression and anxiety score,gastrointestinal symptom score and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the score of anxiety and depression in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the score of quality of life was significantly higher than that in the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion The collaborative nursing model based on Zhongjing theory can effectively reduce the gastrointestinal symptoms of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia,improve the state of anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life.
