涤痰汤合牵正散治疗急性CIS恢复期临床观察

The Application Effect of Ditan Decoction Combined with Qianzheng Powder in the Treatment of Acute CIS Convalescence

目的探讨涤痰汤合牵正散加减治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(CIS)恢复期的应用效果及其对肢体运动功能(FAM评分)的影响。方法回顾性分析收治的急性CIS恢复期患者66例,根据治疗方法分组,西医组给予西药治疗,联合组加用涤痰汤合牵正散加减治疗。比较2组疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、肢体运动功能(FAM评分)、格拉斯哥神经恢复情况(GOS评分)。结果联合组总有效率96.97%高于西医组75.76%(P<0.05);治疗后联合组中医证候积分低于西医组,FMA、GOS评分高于西医组(P<0.05)。结论涤痰汤合牵正散加减治疗急性CIS恢复期疗效确切,可缓解患者中医证候,改善患者神经及肢体运动功能。

Objective To explore the effect of Ditan decoction combined with Qianzheng powder on the recovery period of CIS and its influence on the FAM score.Methods 66 patients with acute CIS in recovery period were analyzed retrospectively.According to the treatment method,the western medicine group was treated with Western medicine,and the combined group was treated with Ditan decoction combined with Qianzheng powder on this basis.The curative effect,TCM syndrome score,FAM score and GOS score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 96.97%,which was higher than that of the western medicine group(75.76%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the combined group was lower than that of the western medicine group,and the scores of FMA and GOS of the combined group were higher than those of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ditan decoction combined with Qianzheng powder is effective in the treatment of acute CIS,it can alleviate the syndrome of TCM and improve the motor function of nerves and limbs.
