芒针深刺腰夹脊穴为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Elongated Needle Jiaji(EX-B2)in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的寻找治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效治疗方法。方法将104例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(芒针组)和对照组(电针组)。治疗组选取突出节段的夹脊穴为主穴,施以芒针针刺治疗,每日1次。对照组以电针常规取穴治疗,每日1次。观察2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.31%,对照组为78.85%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论芒针针刺法是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法,对于早期解除疼痛、麻木症状,缩短治疗进程,提高生活质量有显著的疗效。

Objective To find an effective method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 104 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group(elongated needle group)and control group(electroacupuncture group).In the treatment group,Jiaji(EX-B2)with protruding segment was selected as the main point and treated with elongated needle once a day.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture once a day.The clinical effect of the two groups was observed.Results The effective rate was 92.31%in the treatment group and 78.85%in the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion The elongated needle is an effective method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.It has significant effect on relieving pain and numbness in the early stage,shortening the treatment process and improving the quality of life.
