调神针联合颈三针治疗心脾两虚失眠临床观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Mind-regulation Acupuncture Combined with Cervical Three Points in the Treatment of Insomnia Due to Deficiency of both Heart and Spleen

目的探讨调神针联合颈三针治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为2组各30例,治疗组予调神针结合颈三针,一周5次;对照组予艾司唑仑片,每日睡前1片。连续治疗4周,比较2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总分、中医证候评分、总有效率。结果2组治疗后PSQI总分、中医证候评分均有改善(P<0.05);治疗组、对照组总有效率为93.3%、66.7%,治疗组在降低PSQI总分、中医证候评分及总有效率方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调神针联合颈三针对心脾两虚失眠效果更显著,且不良作用少,药物依赖风险低,值得推广使用。

Objective To discuss effect of mind-regulation acupuncture combined with cervical three points in the treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both heart and spleen.Methods 60 subjects were divided into treatment group and control group equally."mindregulation"acupuncture combined with"cervical three points"was applied to the treatment group once a day,six times a week,and oral Estazolam tablets was given to control group,once a day before bed.Both groups treated for 4 weeks.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,total effective rate were recorded after that.Result After treatment,each group improved on PSQI and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 93.3%and 66.7%respectively.The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing PSQI total score,TCM syndrome type score and total effective rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The mind-regulation acupuncture combined with cervical three points in the treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both heart and spleen showed no side effect,no drug dependence and proved to be more effective than oral Estazolam tablets,which is worthy to be popularized.
