摘要
航空数据库(Aeronautical Database)作为实现航空器导航、避障和指引功能的重要部分,其数据结构遵循特定格式的标准。航空数据库的质量将直接影响到航空器的运行安全。当前民航适航体系针对原始数据及后续处理过程的质量体系的审定缺乏实际经验,给机载设备和飞机运行的适航性带了挑战。本文首先介绍当前世界范围内航空数据库适航管理的办法及技术标准,再结合当前国内航空数据库的审定的现状,提出一种可行的中国航空数据库适航审定的政策建议,供国内各类航空数据库的研制单位及审查方参考。
Aeronautical database plays an important role in aircraft navigation,flight guidance and obstacle avoidance,whose statistic structure follows a specific formal standard.The flight safety depends on the credible quality of aeronautical database.Current civil airworthiness system certification has limited experience on raw data processing and the subsequent processing,bringing challenges to the airworthiness of airborne equipment and aircraft operation.Based on the aeronautical database airworthiness standards and related foreign aeronautical certification policy,a new certification strategy based on current Chinese policy is proposed to guide local companies that involved in aeronautical data chain to certify their product.
