移动焚烧炉处理模拟医疗废弃物试验

Experimental study on treatment ofsimulated medical waste with mobile incinerator

摘要 本文对移动焚烧炉处理医疗废弃物进行了试验研究。试验以模拟医疗废弃物为燃料,主要研究了一、二燃烧室的温度变化及气体污染物的排放特性。结果表明,在仅燃烧废弃物的情况下,第一级燃烧室的温度可保持在550~650℃之间,最后阶段需要借助燃烧机完成燃烬;在二燃室燃烧机停止工作后,二燃室的温度始终低于主燃室的温度;试验过程中O2含量较高,表明主燃室处于较充分的燃烧状态;烟气中CO排放浓度较高,而NOx和SO2排放浓度远低于标准限值。
