摘要
对某单层混凝土旧工业厂房进行加固改造,内增轻钢框架结构夹层,并对不同结构单元进行抗震性能分析。受不同地震波激励时,7,8度罕遇地震作用下,加固结构与新增轻钢框架结构层间位移角均满足规范要求;9度罕遇地震作用下,加固结构与新增轻钢框架结构发生碰撞,需提高内部框架抗侧移刚度或增大防震缝宽度;7~9度罕遇地震作用下,新增轻钢框架结构加速度峰值均大于加固结构,且结构损伤指数较小,发生轻微破坏。改造后厂房空间布局划分合理,功能得到提升,承载能力明显提高,且具有一定安全性和经济性。
A single-layer concrete old industrial workshop was reinforced and transformed by adding light steel frame structure interlayer. This paper analyzed the anti-seismic behavior of different structural units.When excited by different seismic waves,the displacement angle between the reinforced structure and the newly added structure meets the requirements of the code under the rare earthquake of seven and eight degrees. Under the nine degree rare earthquake,the reinforced structure collides with the newly added structure,it is necessary to increase the lateral rigidity of the internal frame or increase the width of the anti-seismic joint. The peak acceleration of the newly added light steel frame structure is greater than that of the reinforced structure under the seven to nine degree rare earthquake,the structural damage index is small,and slight damage occurs. After the transformation,the space layout of the workshop is reasonably divided,the function is improved,the bearing performance is obviously improved,which has certain safety and economy.
