摘要
为提高装配式建筑预制外墙保温板反坎现浇带混凝土成型质量与表面观感,降低材料消耗和成本,研发钢质模具。工程实践表明,钢质模具相对独立性较好,具有构造简单、质轻、不易发生变形等特点,便于现场安装,可周转使用;钢质模具表面光滑,混凝土浇筑后表面观感较好,可达到良好施工效果。
In order to improve the concrete forming quality and surface impressions of cast-in-place belt at the reverse edge of precast external wall thermal insulation slabs of assembled buildings,and reduce material consumption and costs,the steel mould is developed. Engineering practice shows that the steel mould is relatively independent,and has the characteristics of simple structure,light weight,resistance to deformation,easily to install on site,and can be used in turn. The surface of the steel mould is smooth,the concrete surface impressions is better after pouring,and a good construction effect can be achieved.
