摘要
为满足预制混凝土构件生产需要,在原材料及配合比固定的情况下,开展正交试验,以研究蒸汽养护参数对混凝土脱模强度与度时积的影响。试验结果表明,混凝土入模温度宜采用标准限值,最佳预养温度宜为25℃,最佳预养时间宜为4h,最佳恒温温度宜为40℃,最佳恒温时间宜为3h。
To meet the needs of production of precast concrete components,orthogonal tests of the influence on demoulding strength and temperature-time product of steam curing concrete were carried out in the case of fixed raw materials and mix ratio. The test results show that,the molding temperature should adopt the standard limit,the best pre-curing temperature is 25℃,the best pre-curing time is 4 h,the best constant temperature is 40℃,and the best constant temperature time is 3 h.
