摘要 依托广商中心工程,对主体结构深基坑人工挖孔桩施工技术进行介绍。考虑该工程场地狭小、受内支撑影响大等特点,采用孔内绑扎钢筋笼、串筒浇筑混凝土等施工工艺,加快施工进度,保证桩基施工质量。施工过程中通过输送氧气、佩戴安全帽、缓慢下放纵向钢筋等措施,保证施工人员安全。基于施工现场道路情况,选择合理的混凝土泵车布置方案,满足混凝土浇筑要求。 Relying on Guangzhou Commercial Center project,this paper introduces the construction technology of manual hole digging piles in deep foundation excavation. Considering the characteristics of the project,such as narrow site and great influence by internal supports,the construction techniques including binding steel reinforcement cage in hole and pouring concrete in string barrel are adopted to speed up the construction progress and ensure the construction quality of pile foundation. During the construction process,measures such as conveying oxygen,wearing safety helmets and slowly lowering longitudinal reinforcement are adopted to ensure the safety of construction personnel. Based on the road conditions at the construction site,the reasonable concrete pump truck layout scheme is selected to meet the requirements of concrete pouring.
