摘要
以岩溶山区高速公路下营隧道数码电子雷管爆破开挖为工程背景,从炮眼参数、装药结构、延期时间设置方面提出爆破优化措施。对爆破振动信号进行EMD延期识别,识别结果表明振动信号由7段爆破振动波叠加而成,这与实际爆破延期设计相符。通过使用数码电子雷管,实现了可调控的精准延期爆破。爆破产生的爆堆均匀,松散性较好,取得良好爆破效果。
Taking the blasting excavation of expressway Xiaying tunnel in karst mountainous area as the engineering background,the blasting optimization measures are proposed from the aspects of blast hole parameters,charge structure and delay time setting. The blasting vibration signal is identified by empirical mode decomposition. The results show that the vibration signal is composed of seven blasting vibration waves,which is consistent with the actual blasting delay design. Through the use of digital electronic detonators,controllable and adjustable precise delay blasting is realized. The muck piles produced by blasting is uniform and loose,and good blasting effect is achieved.
