摘要
对某医院地下直线加速器设备用房超厚顶板大体积混凝土施工进行动态监测与分析,并与计算结果进行对比。研究结果表明,重型模架支撑体系受力机理尚不明确,应力、应变计算值与实测值存在差距,架体设计时应设定安全储备值和域值;支撑体系受力不均匀性是由架体自身不均匀性和施工不确定性决定的,现场实时监测是保证危险性较大工程施工安全的必要措施。
The dynamic stress monitoring and analysis of the mass concrete construction of the ultra-thick roof of the underground linear accelerator equipment room in a hospital were carried out,and the results were compared with the calculation results. The research results show that the force mechanism of heavy formwork support systems is not clear,and there is a gap between the calculated values and the measured values of stress and strain. The safety reserve values and threshold values should be set during the formwork design. Uneven force of support system is determined by the unevenness of the formwork and the uncertainty of construction. On-site real-time monitoring is a necessary measure to ensure the construction safety of dangerous projects.
