深圳配建公共空间标识系统设计标准及管理研究

Signage System Design Standards and Management of Public Space in Development Plots,Shenzhen

当前我国配建公共空间(国外称之为“私有公共空间”)存在着难以识别、易被侵占等问题,标识系统是解决这些问题、强化其管理的关键工具。在吸收国际经验的基础上结合深圳实践研究制定标识系统设计标准,探索建立设计-建设-维护全生命周期的标识系统管理机制,以进一步完善配建公共空间管理体系。

At present,there are some problems in the construction of public space in development plots in Shenzhen,which called"privately owned public space"in western countries,such as easy to be occupied and difficult to identify.Referring to international experiences,this paper explores the signage system design standards and the whole life cycle management of design,construction and maintenance,so as to improve the public space management system.
