摘要
我国高校校园因历史原因具有人群密度高、区域内功能划分混乱的特点,这使其成为当今城市各项防灾体系中较为脆弱的一环。文章以日本"防灾生活圈"理念为基础,以大连理工大学主校区为研究对象,分析场地建设、功能分区、人群行为和疏散路径这四个方面的特点与优势,运用实地调研和GIS数据平台,对校园防灾规划进行分析与总结。对大连理工大学主校区的防灾规划提出改进意见,提出"环绕式避难场"的高校防灾规划构想,提升地震灾后校内人员的避难效率,提升我国校园防灾规划设计的理论与实践水平。
Due to historical reasons,universities in China have the characteristics of high population density and confusing regional function division.These reasons have become a relatively fragile link in the current urban disaster prevention system.The article is based on the Japanese concept of"precaution living perimeters",analyze the characteristics of site construction,functional zoning,human behavior and evacuation path,use field research and GIS data platform to analyze campus disaster prevention planning.Suggestions for improvement on disaster prevention planning of the main campus of Dalian University of Technology,improve the evacuation efficiency of people after the earthquake,and improve the theoretical and practical level of disaster prevention planning and design in China.
