乡村振兴背景下的美好移民村规划建设研究——以信阳市明港镇清淮村为例

Research on the Planning and Construction of Beautiful Immigrant Village under the Background of Rural Revitalization:Taking Qinghuai Village of Minggang Town in Xinyang City as an Example

移民村作为一种特殊的村庄类型,发展基础薄弱。随着社会经济的发展,村庄的规划设计、人居环境、文化等方面问题日益突出,面临着更加严峻的挑战。文章分析了移民村的类型,总结了其发展困境及乡村振兴对移民村规划建设的要求,以信阳市明港镇清淮村为实例,通过分析其优势与困境,从产业发展、公共服务设施建设、人居环境优化、人才保障、文化传承五个方面提出相应的规划对策,以期为其他移民村的规划建设提供参考。

As a special type of village,the immigrant village has a weak development foundation.With the development of society and economy,problems in village planning and design,living environment,and culture have become increasingly prominent,and they are facing more severe challenges.The article analyzes the types of resettlement villages,summarizes its development difficulties and the requirements of rural revitalization for the planning and construction of immigrant villages.Taking Qinghuai Village,Minggang Town,Xinyang City as an example,this paper analyzes its advantages and difficulties,puts forward corresponding planning countermeasures from five aspects of industrial development,public service facilities construction,human settlement environment optimization,talent protection and cultural inheritance,so as to provide reference for other immigrant villages planning and construction provide reference.
