基于城市修补理念的城市旧街坊更新探研——以洛阳涧西38号街坊为例

A Study on Urban Old Neighborhood Renewal based on Urban Repair Concept:Taking LuoYang Jianxi 38 as an Example

洛阳涧西38号街坊是国家"156"计划时期所建设的工业配套生活区,是城市旧工业生活区与新兴生活区重叠的最密切区域,它的发展对洛阳老旧街坊的发展有着深刻的影响。文章基于城市修补理念,从保护老旧工业居住区、再造城市活力出发,通过对城市双修试点城市洛阳涧西38号街坊住宅及周边区域的物质空间实体及非物质人文环境等进行分析和整合设计,探索在保证街区历史文化延续,充分激发住区活力的同时,探讨针对老旧住区改造的适宜途径。

Luoyang Jianxi 38 neighborhood is the industrial supporting living area built during the period of the national"156"plan. It is the closest area where the old industrial living area of the city overlaps with the new living area. Based on the idea of urban repair, this paper analyzes and integrates the physical and non-material human environment of the residential area and the surrounding area of Jianxi 38, Luoyang, the pilot city of Shuangxiu, and explores the appropriate ways to transform the old residential area while ensuring the historical and cultural continuity of the district and fully stimulating the vitality of the residential area.
