南京背街小巷的维护改造与可持续发展——以碑亭巷为例

Maintenance,Reconstruction and Sustainable Development of Alleyway in Nanjing:Taking Beiting Lane as an Example

随着城市建设的快速发展,城市治理的难度逐渐加大,背街小巷的维护改造是城市治理的重要一环。以南京碑亭巷为例,从行人步行满意度的角度出发,通过实地观察、问卷调查等形式,分析其现状和主导问题,进而提出维护改造的方法和建议。研究发现,以碑亭巷为主要活动区域的居民、上班族、学生、商铺老板等对当前步行空间的满意度不高,机动车、非机动车和行人之间的矛盾是影响目前步行满意度的主要原因;基础设施、空间尺度等其他环境特征也是影响行人步行满意度的重要因子。

With the rapid development of urban construction,the difficulty of urban governance gradually increases.The maintenance and transformation of back streets and alleys is an important part of urban governance.Taking Beiting Lane in Nanjing as an example,from the perspective of pedestrian satisfaction,this paper analyzes its current situation and leading problems through field observation and questionnaire survey,and then puts forward methods and suggestions for maintenance and transformation.It is found that residents,office workers,students and shop owners who take Beiting lane as the main activity area are not satisfied with the current walking space.The contradiction between motor vehicles,non motor vehicles and pedestrians is the main reason to affect the current walking satisfaction.Other environmental characteristics such as infrastructure and spatial scale are also important factors to affect the pedestrian walking satisfaction.
