文章基于国内外第一手建设档案资料,结合田野调查厘清镇江原英领事馆建筑遗产现状,由建设选址、规划布局、建筑造型、平面功能、材料细部等多角度出发对建筑特征进行系统分析并评估其遗产价值,拓展领域研究空间,为近代建筑遗产保护与可持续开发提供重要研究依据。

Based on the first-hand construction archives at home and abroad,combined with the field study,this paper clarifies the current situation of the architectural heritage of the former British Consulate in Zhenjiang.It systematically analyzes the architectural features and evaluates its heritage value from site selection,planning,architectural modeling,plane function,and material details,expands research space in this field,and provides an important research basis for the protection and sustainable development of modern architectural heritage.
