不同自花授粉方式对‘寒富’果实性状的影响

Effects of Different Self-pollination Methods on Fruit Quality of‘Hanfu’Apple

为研究不同自花授粉方式对‘寒富’苹果果实性状的影响,采用6种处理方法开展授粉试验。结果表明:综合9项果实性状指标来看,‘寒富’几种自花授粉方式与对照相比,在单果重和种子数量上差异明显,均显著下降,在可溶性固形物和糖含量方面略有上升。而不同自花授粉方式间的品质无明显差异。自花授粉导致‘寒富’斜果率增加,但方差分析表明,果形偏斜对内在品质无明显影响。本研究为在生产上利用‘寒富’的自花结实性提供一定参考。

Six self-pollination treatments were carried out to reveal the effect on fruit traits of‘Hanfu’apple.The results showed that,compared with the control,the self-pollination methods of‘Hanfu’showed significant differences in fruit weight and number of seeds.All of which were significant decreased.And slightly increased in solids and sugar content.There was no significant difference in quality between different self-pollination methods.The self-pollination increased the deviation of fruit shape of‘Hanfu’apple.But the analysis of variance showed that the deviation of fruit shape had no obvious effect on the intrinsic quality.This study provides a reference for the utilization of self-pollination of‘Hanfu’apple in production.
