摘要
回弹是超高强钢成形的主要问题,材料屈服强度又是影响其回弹性能的关键因素。利用DynaForm仿真软件,以HC550/980DP、HC700/980DP、HC980FG 3种不同屈服强度的高强钢为研究对象,分析了屈服强度对V形件回弹性能的影响规律。结果显示:回弹量随材料屈服强度的增加而增加,其中HC550/980DP(实际屈服强度694 MPa)的回弹量为3.4°;HC700/980DP(实际屈服强度834 MPa)的回弹量为7.2°;HC980FG(实际屈服强度1 005 MPa)的回弹量为10.4°。
Springback is the main problem in the forming of ultra-high strength steel,and the yield strength of material is the key factor affecting its springback performance.Using DynaForm simulation software,taking HC550/980 DP,HC700/980 DP and HC.980 FG 3 high strength steels with different yield strength as research objects,the influence of yield strength on springback performance of V-shaped parts was analyzed.The results show that the springback increases with the increasing of yield strengt,among which the springback of HC550/980 DP(actual yield strength 694 MPa) is 3.4°,that of HC700/980 DP(actual yield strength is 834 MPa) is 7.2°and that of HC980 FG(actual yield strength 1 005 MPa) is 10.4°.
