提高铸坯表面温度的节能工艺技术 被引量:2

摘要 针对抚顺新钢铁有限责任公司连铸坯表面温度低的现象,分析了其主要的影响因素,通过开展射钉试验,优化二冷区配水参数,开发铸坯凝固运行指导系统等一系列措施,将铸坯表面温度显著提高了80℃,不仅降低了加热炉的燃料消耗,还增加了企业的经济效益,年可创效660万元。 In view of the low surface temperature of continuous casting slab in Fushun new iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the main influencing factors were analyzed.Through a series of measures,such as launching nail shooting test,optimizing water distribution parameters in secondary cooling zone,developing slab solidification operation guidance system,the slab surface temperature was significantly increased by 80 ℃,which not only reduced the fuel consumption of heating furnace,but also increased the enterprise economy.The annual benefit is 6.6 million RM B/year.
