摘要
针对轧件在孔型中变形不均匀和侧壁斜度对宽展量限制的特点,从侧壁斜度和平均高度两个方面对孔型宽展量的影响进行了分析,同时制定了量化的修正计算方法。一方面在平均高度和压下量方面进行二次平均的修正测算方法,另一方面使用CAD绘图法,根据具体每个孔型的形状参数对侧壁斜度进行量化定义,并就侧壁斜度对宽展的方向限制和水平分量调整方法进行了分析和探索,两者结合摸索出合适的宽展量化调整的计算方法。相较常用的根据孔型系统类型给予固定的修正系数,该法不仅提高了测算精度,同时避免了孔型系统类型的限制,可实现具体孔型的差异化计算。
According to the characteristics of uneven deformation of rolled piece in pass and sidewall slope on width spread limitation,the influence of sidewall slope and average height on pass spread is analyzed,and a quantitative correction calculation method is developed.On the one hand,the second average method is used to calculate the average height and reduction.On the other hand,the CAD drawing method is used to quantify the sidewall slope according to the shape parameters of each pass.The direction restriction of the side wall slope on the width and the adjustment method of the horizontal component are analyzed and explored.The appropriate calculation method of the width quantitative adjustment is found out by combining the two methods.Compared with the commonly fixed correction coefficient according to the type of pass system,this method not only improves the calculation accuracy,but also avoids the restriction of pass system type,so it can realize the differential calculation of specific pass.
