摘要
针对DP780及以上高强钢切边质量低,且切边剪的设计不能完全满足生产线的需要等问题,从圆盘剪胶环材质、碎边剪使用周期3个方面进行了原因分析。在生产过程通过使用绝缘脂代替软胶皮;严格控制切边工序前的拉矫机参数,使带钢出拉矫机后处于一个比较水平的状态;碎边剪废料出口焊接奥氏体不锈钢板,从源头抑制磁性的产生;"巧妙"标刀,碎边剪更换为MN42,DP780及以上高强钢的切边质量得到明显提高,切边合格率持续稳定在85%以上。
In view of the low cutting quality of the high strength steel DP780 and above,and the design of the trimming shear cannot fully meet the production line requirement,the reasons are analyzed from three aspects:the rubber ring material of disc shear,the service life of scrap shear and so on.In the production process,insulating grease is used instead of soft rubber;the parameters of tension leveller before trimming process are strictly controlled to make the strip steel in a relatively level state after being taken out of the tension leveller;austenitic stainless steel plate is welded at the outlet of scrap scrap cutting shears to restrain the generation of magnetism from the source;the scrap shear is replaced with MN42.So the edge cutting quality of DP780 and above high strength steel has been improved obviously,and the qualified rate of cutting edge is above 85%.
