松辽盆地西斜坡地区油砂微生物降黏室内模拟试验研究

Laboratory simulation test of oil sands microbial viscosity reduction in the west slope area of Songliao Basin

油砂是一种重要的非常规油气资源,在松辽盆地西斜坡西北沟油砂矿区进行过蒸汽吞吐试采,效果一般。油砂油微生物降黏是微生物采油技术(MEOR)中的一种,是一项具有发展前景的三次采油技术。本文通过进行微生物培养、分离、提纯、乳化及室内微生物降黏的模拟试验,取得了良好的降黏效果。可为松辽盆地西斜坡地区油砂微生物降黏现场试验提供依据。

Oil sand is an important unconventional oil and gas resource.Steam stimulation test has been carried out in Xibeigou oil sand mining area on the west slope of Songliao Basin.Sands oil sands microbial viscosity is one of microbial oil recovery(MEOR)technology,is a development prospect of tertiary oil recovery technology.In this article,through to microbial cultivation,separation,purification,emulsification and indoor microbial viscosity simulation test,the authors have obtained the good effect of viscosity,for oil sands in the western slope in the Songliao Basin regions microbial viscosity provides the basis for field test.
