危化品运输企业标准化管理模式探讨

Discussion on standardized management mode of hazardous chemicals transportation enterprises

为降低危化品运输企业的安全风险,笔者从主观因素着手,提出危化品运输企业从制度、从业人员、车辆3个方面构建标准化管理体系。从提升从业人员的安全意识、加强车辆管理、完善安全管理制度等方面着手,分级分类开展危害因素辨识,降低运输安全风险,提升危化品运输的安全保障,切实提高企业的风险管理能力。

In order to reduce the safety risk of hazardous chemicals transportation enterprises,starting with the subjective factors,the standardized management system is put forward for hazardous chemicals transportation enterprises from three aspects of system,practitioners and vehicles.Starting from the aspects of improving the safety awareness of employees,strengthening vehicle management and improving safety management system,the identification of hazard factors is carried out by classification to reduce the risk of transportation safety,improve the safety guarantee of hazardous chemicals transportation,and effectively improve the risk management ability of enterprises.
