Medical Cases of Traditional Chinese Medicine Master Wu Bingcai with the Application of Xiaoyao Power

伍炳彩教授历来重视对中医经典著作的学习,善于运用经方治疗多种疾病,疗效殊甚。《黄帝内经》云:“肝苦急,急食甘以缓之”“脾欲缓,急食甘以缓之”“肝欲散,急食辛以散之”,逍遥散的组方正是遵循此原则。本文摘录伍教授在临床中运用逍遥散的验案2则,旨在与同道共飨伍炳彩教授灵活不拘一格的临床辨证思维。

Professor Wu Bingcai has always attached great importance to the study of TCM classic,and is good at using classic prescription to treat many diseases.Huangdi Neijing said that when the liver suffers from tensions,quickly consume sweet flavor to relax it.It also said that when the spleen wants to slacken,quickly consume sweet flavor to do it,and when the liver qi wants to disperse,quickly consume acrid flavor to do it.We thought that the structure of Xiaoyao power follows those principles.Two medical cases from Professor Wu Bingcai applying Xiaoyao powder were illustrated in this paper.The author aimed to share with Professor Wu Bingcai’s rich experience in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous internal diseases.
