聂氏加味导赤汤治疗糖尿病合并泌尿系感染临床观察

Clinical Observation on Nie’s Modified Daochi Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetics with Urinary Tract Infection

目的探讨聂氏加味导赤汤治疗糖尿病合并泌尿系感染的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2019年6月门诊的糖尿病合并泌尿系感染的患者64例,采用随机信封法分为治疗组32例和对照组32例。对照组在降糖的基础上加用左氧氟沙星片控制感染,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用聂氏加味导赤汤,比较2组患者治疗2周后的临床疗效,治疗结束后随访6个月,比较2组患者的复发率。结果治疗2周后,治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,2组间比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。治疗结束后随访6个月,治疗组复发率为6.3%,对照组复发率为30.0%,2组间比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。2组患者治疗后空腹血糖比较,P<0.05,治疗组血糖控制优于对照组。结论在西医稳定血糖、抗感染的常规疗法基础上联合聂氏加味导赤汤治疗糖尿病合并泌尿系感染患者,在控制感染、降低血糖及缩短用药疗程方面具有明显优势,并且可以减少临床复发率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Nie’s modified Daochi decoction on diabetics with urinary tract infection.Methods 64 patients of diabetics with urinary tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=32).Levofloxacin tablets were added on the basis of the original hypoglycemic regimen in control group.In the treatment group,Nie’s modified Daochi decoction was added on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after 2 weeks of treatment,and the following-up was performed for 6 months after the treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 93.75%and 73.33%respectively.Comparison difference between groups has statistically significance(P<0.05).The following-up period was 6 months after treatment.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 6.3%,and the recurrence rate in the control group was 30.0%,comparison difference between groups has statistically significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose of the two groups was compared P<0.05,and the blood glucose control of the treatment group was better.Conclusion The combination of Nie’s modified Daochi decoction in the treatment of diabetic patients with urinary tract infections based on western medicine conventional methods of stabilizing blood glucose and anti-infection has obvious advantages in controlling infection,reducing blood glucose and shortening the course of medication,and can reduce the clinical relapse rate.
