自拟舒心益气汤治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察

Analysis on the Clinical Significance of Self-made Shuxin Yiqi Decoction in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨自拟舒心益气汤对慢性心力衰竭患者的临床意义。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月在沈阳市中医院内二科就诊的80例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上采取自拟舒心益气汤进行治疗,比较2组患者的临床总有效率。结果试验组临床总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取自拟舒心益气汤对慢性心力衰竭患者进行治疗,可以有效改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of self-made Shuxin Yiqi decoction in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure who visited department of internal medicine of Shenyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group of 40 cases received routine treatment.In the experimental group,40 patients were treated with self-made Shuxin Yiqi decoction based on the control group.The clinical efficiency of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical effective rate was 92.5%in the experimental group and 80.0%in the control group.The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Shuxin Yiqi decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure.
