止嗽散加减治疗支气管哮喘临床观察

Clinical Analysis on Zhisou Powder in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨止嗽散加减方治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月就诊的支气管哮喘患者128例,随即分为对照组(64例)和观察组(64例)。对照组采用西医常规疗法,治疗组以止嗽散加减治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率96.88%,显著高于对照组的89.06%。观察组咳嗽、胸闷、喘息和哮鸣音消失时间[(3.01±0.87)d、(3.65±0.76)d、(3.09±0.66)d、(4.05±1.17)d]显著低于对照组[(5.44±1.01)d、(5.39±0.97)d、(4.97±0.68)d、(5.94±1.23)d]。结论止嗽散加减方治疗支气管哮喘安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhisou powder modified formula in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 128 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital in the past two years were selected and divided into the control group(n=64)and the observation group(n=64).The control group was treated with traditional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with ZHIsou powder.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(89.06%).The disappearance time of cough,chest tightness,wheeze and wheezing rale in the observation group(3.01±0.87d,3.65±0.76 d,3.09±0.66 d,4.05±1.17d)was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.44±1.01 d,5.39±0.97 d,4.97±0.68 d,5.94±1.23d).Conclusion Zhisou powder modified formula is safe and effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma.
