通督调神推拿手法干预神经根型颈椎病合并焦虑状态的临床研究

Clinical Study on Manipulation of Dredging the Governor Vessel and Regulating Mentality Massage in the Intervention of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis with Anxiety State

目的观察通督调神推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病合并焦虑状态的临床疗效。方法随机将60例患者分成治疗组与对照组,各30例。2组均以颈椎牵引和心理疏导为基础治疗。治疗组加用通督调神推拿手法;对照组加用抗焦虑药物氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗。2组均每天治疗1次,治疗4周。观察2组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、田中靖久症状量化表、视觉模拟评分(VAS)的变化,并应用尼莫地平法评价疗效。结果治疗组治愈率(33.33%)、显效率(56.67%)优于对照组治愈率(13.33%)、显效率(43.33%)。2组治疗后HAMA评分、田中靖久症状量化评分、VAS评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通督调神推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病合并焦虑状态临床疗效肯定,为临床伴有精神症状的慢性疾病治疗提供新的思路。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the manipulation of dredging the governor vessel and regulating mentality massage in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with anxiety state.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each.Both groups were treated with cervical traction and psychological guidance.In the treatment group,the manipulation of dredging the governor vessel and regulating mentality massage was used,while in the control group,Flupentixol and melitracen tablets were used.Two groups were treated once a day,two weeks for a course of treatment,two courses of treatment.The changes of Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),Tanaka Jingjiu symptom quantification table and Visual analog score(VAS)were observed before and after treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated by nimodipine method.Results The two groups of treatment were effective,the cure rate of the treatment group(33.33%),apparent efficiency(56.67%)of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(13.33%,43.33%).After treatment,HAMA score,Tanaka Jingjiu symptom quantification table and VAS score were all improved(P<0.05).And the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.5).Conclusion The manipulation of dredging the governor vessel and regulating mentality massage has a positive clinical effect in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with anxiety state,which provides a new way for the treatment of chronic diseases with mental symptoms.
