针刺三焦经根结穴治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

Study on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture of Sanjiao on Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis

目的研究针刺手少阳经根结穴治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将符合本研究的120例神经根型颈椎病(C7神经根受压)患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组用常规针刺方法,治疗组在常规针刺方法基础上加手少阳经根结穴(关冲、丝竹空)。针刺10次为一个疗程,连续2个疗程后2组进行疗效比较。结果治疗组优秀率80.00%,对照组优秀率50.00%,2组优秀率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用针刺手少阳经根结穴治疗神经根型颈椎病(C7神经根受压)疗效优于常规针刺疗法。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture on acupoints of acupoint Shaoyang Jinggen in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.Methods 120 patients with cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type(C7 nerve root compression)were randomly divided into treatment group(n=60)and control group(n=60).In the treatment group,on the basis of the conventional acupuncture method,the acupoints(Guanchong(SJ1),Sizhukong(SJ23))were added.Acupuncture 10 times as a course of treatment,after two consecutive courses of treatment,the effect was compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 80.00%and that of the control group was 50.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of combined with acupuncture at the acupoints of Shaoyangjing root in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type(C7 nerve root compression)is superior to conventional acupuncture therapy.
