摘要
目的探讨自拟偏正散联合针刺四神聪及辨证取穴治疗风痰阻络型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月在辽宁省武警辽宁省总队医院的80例风痰瘀阻型偏头痛患者,按照治疗方法的不同分组,对照组40例风痰瘀阻型偏头痛患者采取盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊进行治疗,每晚睡前5 mg口服;试验组40例采取自拟偏正散联合针刺四神聪及辨证取穴进行治疗,比较2组患者接受治疗后的临床有效率。结果试验组患者接受治疗后临床总有效率为87.5%,对照组接受治疗后临床总有效率为75.0%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于风痰瘀阻型偏头痛患者,采取自拟散偏汤联合针刺足临泣临床治疗效果较好,值得推广。
Objective To explore the significance of self-made Pianzheng powder combined with acupuncture at Sishencong(EX-HN1)and syndrome differentiation point selection in treating wind-phlegm blocking collaterals migraine.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,80 cases of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals migraine patients were selected from Liaoning Provincial Armed Police Force Hospital.According to different treatment groups,40 cases of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals migraine patients were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in the control group,taking 5mg orally before going to bed every night.In the experimental group,40 patients were treated with self-made Pianzheng powder combined with acupuncture at Sishencong(EX-HN1)and syndrome differentiation point selection.The clinical effective rate of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 87.5%after treatment,and that of the control group was 75.0%after treatment.The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For wind-phlegm blocking collaterals migraine patient,the clinical effect of self-made Sanpian decoction combined with acupuncture at Zulinqi(GB41)is good.It is worthy of promotion.
