中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿临床观察

Clinical Observation on Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Periappendiceal Abscess

目的观察使用中西医结合的方法治疗阑尾周围脓肿的效果。为阑尾周围脓肿寻找有效的治疗方案。方法选取山西中医药大学附属医院2018年4月—2020年3月符合诊断及纳入标准的阑尾周围脓肿患者50例,按随机对照分组的方法,分为治疗组25例和对照组25例。对照组使用二代头孢类抗生素治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上使用中药治疗。观察2组的治愈率、住院时间、白细胞降至正常时间、治疗费用及随访3个月内的复发率。结果治疗组治愈19例、好转3例、无效3例,总有效率88.0%;对照组治愈12例、好转4例、无效9例,总有效率64.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组感染指标降至正常时间、住院时间及总费用明显降低,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合的方法治疗阑尾周围脓肿较单纯西医治疗更有效,而且可以缩短患者住院时间、降低住院费用,具有积极的治疗价值。

Objective To deal with periappendiceal abscess with the combination of Traditional Chinese and western medicine.By observing the curative effect comparison between the treatment group and the control group,the differences between the two treatment methods were analyzed to find an effective treatment plan for periappendiceal abscess.Methods From April 2018 to March 2020,a total of 50 patients with periappendicial abscesses meeting the diagnostic and inclusion criteria were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to randomized grouping method,they were divided into treatment group of 25 cases and control group of 25 cases.The control group was treated with second-generation cephalosporin antibiotics.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of antibiotics in the control group.The cure rate and length of hospital stay,the abscess fade time of white blood cells to normal recurrence within three months of time cost of treatment and follow-up results were observed.Results In the treatment group,19 cases were cured,3 cases were improved,and 3 cases were invalid,with an effective rate of 88%.In the control group,12 cases were cured,4 cases were improved,and 9 cases were invalid,with an effective rate of 64%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the infection index decreased to the normal time,the length of hospital stay and the total cost in the treatment group were significantly reduced,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It is more effective to treat periappendicural abscess with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine than western medicine alone,and it can shorten the length of hospitalization and reduce the cost of hospitalization.
