护理专升本实习生专业认同度与职业决策困难的相关性研究

摘要 目的了解护理专升本实习生职业决策困难的现状,分析其与专业认同度之间的相关性,为护理专升本实习生职业决策指导提供理论依据。方法采用便利抽样法,抽取护理专业专升本实习生280名,采用大学生专业认同度与职业决策困难调查问卷进行问卷调查。结果护理专升本实习生专业认同度条目总均分为(3.92±0.51)分,职业决策困难条目总均分为(2.84±0.67)分,专业认同度与职业决策困难呈负相关。结论护理专升本实习生面临中等程度的决策困难,与专业认同度密切相关,提出相应对策,促进护理专升本学生群体降低职业决策困难。 Objective To understand the status quo of career decision-making difficulties of nursing graduate students,analyze their correlation with professional recognition,and provide a theoretical basis for the career decision guidance of nursing graduate students.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 280 interns who graduated from nursing majors.The questionnaire survey was conducted using the questionnaire of college students'professional identity and career decision-making difficulty.Results The items of professional recognition degree of nursing intermediary graduate students were(3.92±0.51)points,and the items of career decision-making difficulty were(2.84±0.67)points.The professional recognition degree was negatively correlated with career decision-making difficulty.Conclusion Nursing college graduates are faced with a moderate degree of decision-making difficulties,which are closely related to professional recognition,and put forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the group of nursing college graduates to reduce career decision-making difficulties.
