中药提取物及方剂治疗牙周炎的研究进展

牙周炎虽然不致命,但是一种非恶性的健康杀手,足以使大多数人的后半生痛苦不堪,生活质量严重下降。由于患者忽视口腔健康管理,最终无牙颌将是一个大概率事件。其特点是感染率高,治愈率低,病程长,病情进展缓慢,可导致组织不可逆性损伤,牙齿脱落。主要临床症状有牙齿脱落、牙龈出血、牙龈肿痛、慢性牙周炎、厌氧菌感染、内分泌干扰物、免疫功能等。在西医学中,牙龈及龈下刮治是主要的方法。虽然它可以去除部分受感染的组织,也可以去除牙垢,在一定程度上,中医药对慢性牙周炎的发病率也有重要影响,认为慢性牙周炎的发生与肾气虚证有关。因此,从抗药性和长期用药安全性考虑,中药(提取物和处方)将在牙周病的治疗中发挥决定性作用。

Periodontitis is a non-malignant health killer.Although not fatal,it is enough to seriously degrade the quality of life for most of the second half of life.Because patients ignore oral health management,edentulous jaws will eventually be a high probability event.It is characterized by high infection rate,low cure rate,long course of disease,and slow progress of the disease,which can lead to irreversible damage to the tissue and tooth loss.The main clinical symptoms are tooth loss,gum bleeding,gum swelling and pain,chronic periodontitis,anaerobic infection,endocrine disruptors,and immune function.In Western medicine,gum and subgingival scraping are the main methods.Although it can remove infected tissue,it can remove tartar.To a certain extent,Chinese medicine also has an important impact on the incidence of chronic periodontitis.It is believed that the occurrence of chronic periodontitis is related to the deficiency of kidney qi.Therefore,from the perspective of drug resistance and long-term drug safety,Chinese medicine(extracts and prescriptions)will play a decisive role in the treatment of periodontal disease.
