饲料原料类型对鹌鹑生长性能及肉质影响的研究进展

摘要 本文综述了鹌鹑日粮中原料成分对胴体特征和肉质的影响。结果表明,日粮中原料的种类和含量与胴体特性和肉质之间存在一定的关系。在日粮中加入中草药(百里香和薄荷)、植物油(菜籽油)、种子(鹰嘴豆)、香料(肉桂和香菜)、昆虫(蚯蚓)、蜂产品(蜂胶)、植物化学物质(番茄红素)和食用菌(蘑菇)可以改善胴体质量特征。在鹌鹑日粮中使用天然成分可以改善其胴体品质特征和肉质。 In this paper,the effects of dietary ingredients on carcass characteristics and meat quality of quail were reviewed.The results showed that there was a certain relationship between the type and content of raw materials in the diet and carcass characteristics and meat quality.Adding Chinese herb(s thyme and mint),vegetable oil(s canola oil),seed(s chickpeas),spices(cinnamon and coriander),insects(earthworms),bee products(propolis),phytochemicals(lycopene)and edible fungi(mushrooms)to the diet can improve carcass quality characteristics.The use of natural ingredients in quail diets can improve carcass characteristics and meat quality.
