肉鸡腿病是家禽行业重要的福利和经济问题,常见的问题有胫骨发育不良、角骨畸形,即胫骨远端或跖骨近端外侧或内侧偏曲及佝偻病。虽然许多问题可以通过放缓生长速度来减少或消除,但这并不一定意味着快速生长和体重过重的家禽会导致腿部疾病,因为这些问题通常更多地与遗传、管理和营养因素之间的相互作用有关。本文旨在对影响肉鸡腿畸形的营养因素进行综述。

Broilers’leg disease is an important welfare and economic problem in the poultry industry.Common problems are dystibia,hornbone deformity,i.e.proximal lateral or medial deviation of the distal tibia or metatarsal bone,and rickets.While many problems can be reduced or eliminated by slowing growth,this does not necessarily mean that rapidly growing and overweight poultry cause leg disease,as today these problems are often more related to the interaction between genetic,regulatory and nutritional factors.The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the nutritional factors that influence broiler leg deformity.
