饲料中小企业从创业型向管理型的转变探讨

Discussion on the transformation of feed small and medium-sized enterprises from entrepreneurial type to management type

管理型企业是企业发展成熟和完善的基本标志,但对于中小企业而言,从创业型向管理型的转变是企业发展中的跨越式提升。目前饲料中小企业主要以小规模经营为主,产品缺少创新,资金增长乏力,这些都对饲料中小企业的转型升级带来了很大困难。同时国家、社会和自身存在的问题也为饲料中小企业转型升级造成了阻碍。为此,本文提出了加强国家的政策扶持力度,拉动畜牧业和养殖业的市场发展,树立科学的管理理念,激发饲料中小企业的战略化发展4个有效路径,从而实现饲料中小企业从创业型向管理型的顺利转变,为一些亟待转型的中小型饲料企业提供了思路和建议。

The management type enterprise is the basic symbol of the maturity and perfection of the enterprise,but for the small and medium-sized enterprises,the transformation from the entrepreneurial type to the management type is a leap forward promotion in the development of the enterprise.At present,feed small and medium-sized enterprises mainly focus on small-scale operation,lack of innovation in products and weak capital growth,which have brought great difficulties to the transformation and upgrading of feed small and medium-sized enterprises.At the same time,the the problems of the state,society and themselves also hinder the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized feed enterprises.Therefore,this paper puts forward four effective ways to strengthen the national policy support,promote the market development of animal husbandry and breeding industry,establish scientific management concept and stimulate the strategic development of small and medium-sized feed enterprises,so as to realize the smooth transformation of small and medium-sized feed enterprises from entrepreneurial type to management type,and provide ideas and suggestions for some small and medium-sized feed enterprises that need to be transformed.
