摘要
对于定频空调器来说,随着环境温度的逐步升高,制冷量逐步下降。为了解决此问题,基于喷气增焓技术通过理论分析得出了喷气增焓系统提高高温制冷量的具体原因,并对系统关键参数和压缩机补气口的孔径对制冷量的影响进行了详细分析和实验验证。最终得出了提高闪蒸器内的液位高度可以有效提升制冷量;同时减小压缩机补气口孔径大小可以提高制冷量、降低整机功率。通过上面方案的实施,在相同配置、相同排量的情况下定频喷气增焓空调系统相较于普通空调系统,在室外46度条件下制冷量提升达到10.8%。
For the fixed frequency air conditioner,with the gradual increase of ambient temperature,the cooling capacity gradually decreases.In order to solve this problem,based on the technology of increasing Enthalpy by air jet,the specific reasons for increasing the high temperature cooling capacity of the system are obtained through theoretical analysis,and the effects of the key parameters of the system and the aperture of the compressor air supply port on the refrigeration capacity are analyzed and verified in detail.Finally,it is concluded that increasing the liquid level in the flash evaporator can effectively improve the cooling capacity.At the same time,reducing the diameter of the air supply port of the compressor can improve the cooling capacity and reduce the power of the whole machine.Through the implementation of the above scheme,under the same configuration and the same displacement,the refrigeration capacity of the constant frequency jet enthalpy increasing air conditioning system is 10.8%higher than that of the ordinary air conditioning system at 46.
