尊敬的国家自然科学基金委及评审专家:因我单位目前尚未成立医学伦理委员会,科研管理部门组织相关专家对本年度申报的可能涉及生物医学伦理学的研究项目进行伦理审查,并委托外单位相关机构咨询论证。罗辉同志申报的国家自然科学基金青年项目“藏医体质量表的研制与初步应用研究”,审查结论如下:该项目不涉及任何的人体标本或人体试验研究,无医学伦理问题。同意申报国家自然科学基金项目。
The research management department of China Tibetology Research Center organized experts from medical ethics committee to conduct ethical review on Dr.Luo Hui s project"development and preliminary application of Tibetan medical body constitution scale".The conclusion is as follows:This project does not involve any human body specimen and does not carry out any intervention in human body.The research plan is in line with ethical norms.It is suggested to agree the project application.
