江苏省国家高新区创新资源集聚路径与融合机制研究 被引量:6

摘要 促进创新资源集聚与融合发展是推动江苏高新区创新资源形成集聚效应和裂变效应,激发高新区产业集群强大推力的关键。结合苏南、苏中、苏北各地区国家高新区的发展现状及发展过程中面临的现实问题,提出了江苏省国家高新区创新资源集聚与融合发展的原则、路径,并就如何进一步集聚与融合创新主体、集聚与融合创新载体、持续优化创新环境、着力提升创新服务提出了对策建议,为带动江苏整体经济的高质量发展和科技创新强省建设提供了有益借鉴。 Promoting the agglomeration and integration of innovation resources is the key to promote the formation of agglomeration and fission effect of innovation resources in Jiangsu high-tech zone,and to stimulate the strong thrust of industrial clusters in high-tech zones.Combined with the development status and practical problems in the process of development of national high-tech zones in southern,central and northern Jiangsu,this paper puts forward the principles and paths for the agglomeration and integration of innovation resources in Jiangsu national high-tech zones,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to further gather and integrate innovation subjects,gather and integrate innovation carriers,continuously optimize innovation environment,and strive to improve innovation services.It provides a useful reference for promoting the high-quality development of Jiangsu’s overall economy and the construction of a strong province with scientific and technological innovation.
