徐荣祥烧伤创疡再生医学哲学思想的中医阐述

Interpreting the Philosophical Thoughts in Regenerative Medicine for Burns,Wounds and Ulcers from the Perspective of TCM

徐荣祥通过大量基础与临床研究提出了顺应生命规律的烧伤创疡再生医学理论,该理论一反传统医疗模式,在独特的哲学观指导下,汲取祖国医学思想精髓,利用现代医学研究手段,将传统中医技术进行创新,在"整体观""平衡观""微创观"的基础上,遵从"天人合一"的哲学思想,在烧伤创疡领域取得了卓越的成绩。本研究笔者从医学哲学层面出发,具体阐述了烧伤创疡再生医学的中医理论基础、中医外治理论以及中医"微创观"等,旨在为烧伤创疡再生医学的进一步发展及应用提供帮助。

After conducting numerous basic and clinical studies,Rongxiang Xu put forward the concept of regenerative medicine for burns,wounds and ulcers,a theory conforming to the laws of life.Under the guidance of an original philosophical view and with the essence of the TCM as the theoretical foundation,Rongxiang Xu went against the traditional medical models,and revolutionized the traditional Chinese medical technology by resorting to modern medical means.He advocated holistic approach,equilibrium,minimally invasive treatment,and harmony between man and nature,and made outstanding achievements in the field of burns,wounds and ulcers.From the perspective of philosophy of medicine,this paper elaborated on several aspects of the regenerative medicine for burns,wounds and ulcers,including basic TCM theory,external treatment with TCM and minimally invasive treatment,aiming to facilitate the further development and application of the science.
