毫火针联合湿润烧伤膏在带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Milli-fire Needle Combined with MEBO in Patients with Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的研究分析毫火针联合湿润烧伤膏对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月许昌市中医院收治的106例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组53例,研究组患者局部疼痛部位于毫火针治疗后均匀涂抹湿润烧伤膏,对照组患者局部疼痛部位于毫针治疗后均匀涂抹湿润烧伤膏,对比两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果第1、2疗程结束后,两组患者VAS及PSQI评分较治疗前均明显降低(VAS:F=61.570、115.400,P均<0.001;PSQI:F=455.800、256.400,P均<0.001),且研究组患者VAS及PSQI评分均明显低于对照组(VAS:t=3.235、2.03,P=0.002、0.018;PSQI:t=4.507、3.932,P均<0.001);治疗过程中,两组患者均无晕针、皮肤继发感染等严重不良反应发生。结论与毫针联合湿润烧伤膏相比,毫火针联合湿润烧伤膏可明显降低患者VAS及PSQI评分,缓解患者疼痛程度,提高患者睡眠质量,临床应用价值更高。

Objective To analyze the effect of milli-fire needle combined with MEBO on pain relief and sleep quality improvement in patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods One hundred and six patients with postherpetic neuralgia,admitted to Xuchang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2019,were selected as research subjects to be divided,according to the random number table,into a study group and a control group,with 53 cases in each group.In the study group MEBO was evenly smeared onto the pain area of patients after milli-fire needle acupuncture,while in the control group,filiform needle acupuncture was performed on the pain area of patients before MEBO was applied.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After the first and second courses of treatment,the VAS score and PSQI score in the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment(VAS:F=61.570,115.400,both P<0.001;PSQI:F=455.800,256.400,both P<0.001),and moreover,the VAS score and PSQI score in the study group were significantly lower than that in the control group(VAS:t=3.235,2.403,P=0.002,0.018;PSQI:t=4.507,3.932,both P<0.001).During the treatment course,no severe adverse reactions such as fainting during acupuncture or secondary skin infection were observed in all patients in the two groups.Conclusion Compared with filiform needle combined with MEBO,milli-fire needle combined with MEBO can significantly reduce patients’VAS and PSQI scores,relieve their pain,and improve their sleep quality,presenting a high value of application in clinical practice.
