民为邦本。为把民生"琐事"做好,走到群众"心里"去,平阴县积极探索民生工作新模式,按照"党建统领、示范带动、平台承载、群众参与、协商共治"的要求,以网格化、信息化、平台化为载体,创新基层治理模式,强化民生服务项目,构建起新型基层社区治理体系。来自村居、群众的"哨声"此起彼伏,来自社区、管区的力量不断下沉,街道上下思想统一,干劲十足,各出奇招,加大服务,涉及群众切身利益的操心事、烦心事、揪心事都得到了妥善解决,平阴趟出了一条基层治理、服务民生的新路子。

The people are the foundation of a country.To deal with"little problems"of people’s well-being and satisfy the people’s most urgent need,Pingyin county has actively explored new work models for the people’s livelihood,based on the principles of using Party building to lead the work,activating the exemplary and motivating role,heightening the supporting capacity of platforms,encouraging public participation,and promoting co-governance and political consultation.Pingyin has innovated community-level governance models,strengthened livelihood services,and built a new communitylevel governance system through grid management,information technology,and platforms.These measures elicited a positive response from the village communities,consolidated the strength of administration in the area,unified thoughts of the sub-districts.With problems that threaten the vital interests of the people being tackled,Pinyin county has paved a new way for grassroots governance and the improvement of the people’s livelihood.
